Last week’s distorted photograph from Where in the World (181) was not easily recognisable but the clues, obscure though they were, are there. The arch shaped structure is actually a memorial in a memorial garden that was built in memory of all those who lost their lives when an atomic bomb was dropped on the city of Hiroshima in Japan.
Only two readers identified the city as Hiroshima. Congratulations Davide (@travelling_dave) and Tim (@timofnewbury).
This week’s distorted photograph returns to a city skyline rather than a single iconic structure. Take care though as first impressions can be a little deceiving.
