Last week’s distorted photograph was slightly more challenging than the previous week. The dome of the church places the city somewhere in north-eastern Europe. Some identified it incorrectly as St Petersburg but it was just as easy to mistake it as being one of the Baltic cities. However several people identified the church as St Sophia and the square as having the same name. St Sophia’s Square is in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev
Five readers correctly identified the city. Congratulations to Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury), Davide (@travelling_dave), Richard (@RField75) and Atul (@pixodentist).
This week’s twisted photograph is of an iconic structure associated with the city to be identified. Careful with this one as it can be misleading.
