Where in the World (727)

Answer to edition 726

The twin spires of a cathedral floodlit are a good clue to the identity of the city. Coupled with an identifiable railway bridge should give you a further clue. The cathedral is The Dom and is the supposed burial place of the Three Kings of the Nativity story. The bridge is a railway bridge that crosses the Rhine at Cologne.

Well done everyone.

This week's "Where in the World..."

Since this city first appeared in “Where in the World…” new structures have graced the skyline. The city centre is modern but there are plenty of green spaces in the city limits. One of them is where the original image was taken from. Good luck.
