Answer to edition 713
Like many of my readers I had assumed, because of the three tall buildings joined at the top, that this was an unusual view of Singapore. However, part way through the week one of my readers commented that it was definitely NOT Singapore but that they had found a similar structure elsewhere in the world.
I set about research of my own and tracked the city (definitely NOT Singapore) down. It is Abu Dhabi.

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (710) as the French Canadian city of Montreal: Atul (@pixodentist) and Jackie (@jackiesjourneys).
Well done everyone.

The featured structure is a very distinct part of the city to be identified with the two towers the biggest clue. There are a couple of minor clues too that may help. Good luck.
