Where in the World (693)

Answer to edition 692

It is usually not easy to identify any city from the plants growing in its parks and gardens or in this case botanical gardens. There are of course notable exceptions like Singapore.

To identify this city it is necessary to focus on the skyline hidden in the haze. In particular the TV tower is the biggest clue. Beside it you can just make out the recognisable shape of one of the Petronas Towers viewed sideways on. These of course identify the city as Kuala Lumpur.

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (693) as Kuala Lumpur: Atul (@pixodentist), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Jackie (@jackiesjourneys).

Well done everyone.

This week's "Where in the World..."

This week there is another TV tower that will help identify the city. There are other buildings in the skyline that will also provide clues to the cities identity. Good luck.
