Answer to edition 663
The building featured in last week’s “Where in the World…” could easily be mistaken for the Palacio de las Artes Reina Sofía in the City of Arts and Science in Valencia, which was featured a few weeks ago. That’s because it is designed by the same architect, Santiago Calatrava.
Its unique architectural style has become an emblem of the city. It is the Auditoro de Tenerife which narrows the location down considerably. You can find the building beside the Atlantic shoreline in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Santa Cruz will do).

This week's "Where in the World..."
Looking like a red and white Eiffel Tower, which it is not, this structure is a feature of the skyline of this city full of skyscrapers. It has appeared at least once before as part of a skyline in another “Where in the World…” distorted image and is perhaps the best clue in identifying the city. Good Luck
