Answer to edition 512
After a quick glance, you could be forgiven for identifying the city as Sydney. A closer inspection however reveals otherwise. Those Sydney Opera House lookalike segments are in fact part of the Thames Flood Barrier. They are there to prevent the capital of the United Kingdom from being inundated. The city is London.
