Answer to edition 500
Table Mountain, which forms the backdrop to Cape Town is one of only a few cities identified by a geological feature. The city to be identified in last the 500th edition of “Where in the World…” is another.
The geological feature is a mountain known as Sugar Loaf. It has a very distinctive shape and is part of the skyline of the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro.
