The red and white building is quite distinctive. You may also detect there are several ships and boats in the image. Searching for a port with a red and white building will narrow the search down considerably.
Also, if your eyesight is good enough and your screen resolution allows it, the word Goteborg is written on the stern of one of the ships where the name of the port of registration goes. The city, to give it its English spelling, is Gothenberg, Sweden.
