This structure is the only real clue to the city but can be a little confusing as there are similar structures in other cities. The United Nations in Geneva also has a globe outside its building but no fountains.
The Unisphere, as this structure is called, can be found in a park in Flushing Meadows famous as the venue for the US Open Tennis tournament. Flushing Meadows is in the borough of Queens which is part of New York City.
