The colour of one of the buildings tends to suggest an Asian city. However it is the tall building with the distinctive skydeck that is the biggest clue to the city’s identity.
The skyline is of the Vietnamese city of Saigon. Its official name is Ho Chi Minh City but it is often referred to by its previous name. Both are acceptable in today’s puzzle
