Answer to edition 441
The skyline of this city is not especially recognisable without the geodesic dome on the waterfront. At night it is particularly spectacular and is the standout clue most readers used to identify the city. The World of Science, to give the building its correct name, is found in the Canadian city of Vancouver.

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (434) as Vancouver: Claudia (@crevilla_), Beverley (@bevsackville), Tim (@timofnewbury), Atul (@pixodentist) and Jackie (@jackiesjourneys).
This week's "Where in the World..."
This is a city that has not (I believe) featured in “Where in the World…” before. Although it seems like any other major city there are clues to its identity. Good luck.
