Answer to edition 712
The gateway tower, the dome and the statue can only be seen standing on Charles Bridge. It is a common enough scene for thusands of partygoers of Instagram as the city is famous, or perhaps infamous, for attracting many partying soon-to-be-married UK citizens. Charles Bridge is crosses the Vltava in the city of Prague.

This week's "Where in the World..."
Although this city is generally very easily identified from other viewpoints this viewpoint is a little more challenging, even in its undistorted format. Architecture, water and greenery are contributory clues. Good luck.
