Answer to edition 703
The architecture would suggest either Northern France or the UK. The intricate façade and the three towers are found on the City of Lincoln

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (702) as the French city of Avignon: Atul (@pixodentist) and Jackie (@jackiesjourneys).
Well done everyone.
This week's "Where in the World..."
This week features a very distinctive and iconic building which can be found in the city to be identified. As with many of the Where in the World puzzles the style of architecture should be a helpful clue to identifying the part of the world to investigate. Also the colour of the building should help. Good luck.
