Where in the World (670)

Answer to edition 669

The dramatic photograph of a skyline features one building with twin spires that make it look like some kind of giant taser especially with the captured lightning strike. This is what was previously known as the John Hancock Building (now referred to as 875 North Michigan Avenue). Whatever it is called it can be found on the shores of Lake Michigan, USA. The city is Chicago.

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (669) as Chicago, USA: Dee (@DeeCornes), Elizabeth (@ElizaBCullen), Tim (@timofnewbury.bsky.social‬), Jackie (@jackiesjourneys), Rebecca (@rebhalp), Madhu (@TheUrgeToTravel) and Atul (@pixodentist).

Well done everyone.

This week's "Where in the World..."

This is a skyline that has been featured on at least one previous occasions though not from this angle. The trick with this one is to identify the building and then the city in which it resides. Good luck.
