Answer to edition 660
It looks like one of the Stormtroopers from Star Wars left his helmet behind but is in fact part of a City of Arts and Sciences located in the city to be identified. The distorted image, understandably, has been mistakenly identified as Sydney, Australia. Presumably because of the curvaceous structures. It is however, not located downunder but in the Spanish city of Valencia.

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (634) as Boston, USA: Atul (@pixodentist), Dee (@DeeCornes), Jackie (@jackiesjourneys) and Rebecca (@rebhalp).
Well done everyone.
This week's "Where in the World..."
It is becoming increasingly more difficult to source photographs of cities that are suitable for distorting. As a result there are skylines that have made multiple appearances, as this one has, in “Where in the World…” all from different angles.
This skyline is probably less challenging than some of the more recent ones but is taken from a different viewpoint. Good luck
