Answer to edition 628
Is it a whale’s tail? Or is it a mermaid’s tail? It is actually a fountain sculpture by the German sculptor Achim Kuhn and is officially known as Harmonia (or Harmony). Despite the sculptor being German it is not found in a German city. It is in fact located in the Aura River in the Finnish city of Turku.
