Answer to edition 636
There is one building with a distinctive characteristic, a flat plate-like protrusion on one side of the building. It is known as the Bitexco Financial Tower and the protrusion is in fact a helipad. The tower is part of the skyline of Ho Chi Minh City aka Saigon. Either is right

The architecture of the distorted city is perhaps the main clue as to which region of the world the city can be found. The trick is to narrow down the location using the clues in the image. Good luck
