Where in the World (632)

Answer to edition 632

Those readers who attempted the TV Towers Quiz on this site may well recognise the TV tower lit up in green in the distorted photograph. Numerous cities have TV towers as a distinctive part of their skyline. From Seattle to Shanghai and Toronto to Berlin these towers can help identify the city. Sometimes you have to look at the other clues in the buildings that surround the tower.

In this case the particular buildings and the stretch of water identify the city as Auckland, New Zealand.

Last week's winners

Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (631) as Auckland, New Zealand.: Tim (@timofnewbury), Jackie (@jackiesjourneys), Rebecca (@rebhalp) and Atul (@pixodentist).

Well done everyone.

This week's "Where in the World..."

This week we feature another city skyline with a unique and iconic tall structure that provides the main clue as to its identity. Identify the structure and with help from the rest of the skyline clues it should be relatively easy to identify the city. Good luck.
