Answer to edition 613
The distorted image from last week was, by all accounts a real toughie. This was due in part to their being few clues. It was a bit like a crime scene investigation – you have the fingerprints and the DNA but no suspect to match it to. Once you have a suspect you can match it up. It was the same with the city featured.

This week should be a little less challenging than last week as there are two prominent clues to the city’s identity. Identify the white building and you should be able to identify the city and confirm it with the TV tower. Good luck.
