Answer to edition 607
The harbour scene and the skyline with the distinctive TV tower together both help identify the city. Additionally for the eagle-eyed the initials ANZ appear on one of the buildings. They are part of the logo of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group which narrows down the choice of city. The city is Auckland in New Zealand
