600th Edition and a Prize
Today marks the 600th edition of “Where in the World…” I am beginning to wonder how many different angles I can find on some cities. Sydney and London have probably appeared most often from every possible angle. There might be one or two more obscure angles to exploit.
To mark this occasion I am giving a prize to the first name with the correct answer randomly picked from the proverbial “hat”. Get it right and you get one ticket in the draw.
The prize is an ECOHUB travel bag made to the restrictive dimensions of Ryanair’s cabin bag allowance. As they are the most restrictive this bag will be suitable for the cabin of other airlines too.
The material the bag is made from is recycled plastic bottles; 21 of them to be exact. The material is water resistant. Another feature is a pocket inside for wet (eg. toiletries and creams) products keeping them separate from the clothes if they leak.
It comes in several different colours and the winner can choose the colour.

Answer to edition 599
The distorted image from last week’s “Where in the World…” helped disguise the building featured. It could be, and was, mistaken for London’s Royal Albert Hall. After further research some readers discovered that it was the Semeroper, the opera house of the Saxon State Opera and the Saxon State Orchestra. It has a long history of premieres, most notably Richard Wagner. It is found on the banks of the River Elbe in the city of Dresden.
Last week's winners
Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (599) as Dresden: Tim (@timofnewbury), Bogan (@funnyyummyworld), Jackie (@jackiesjourneys) and Rebecca (@rebhalp). Well done everyone.
This week's "Where in the World..."
This week we feature a well-known city skyline with one or two distinct structures that will give a clue to the identity of the city. Remember there is a prize on offer. Good luck.
