The architecture is Baroque style popular with the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The golden eagle and the Austrian flag is another prominent clue as to where the city might be. A little research would reveal that the building is the Hofburg Palace in Vienna

The style of the buildings in this city skyline will be a big help in identifying the country. One of the buildings is always associated with this particular city and had to be rebuilt after extensive damage.
