In this week’s “Where in the World…” the TV tower with the red top is the main identifying feature of the skyline. Regular participants may well remember that we featured a similar red-topped comms tower that was identified as being part of the Tokyo skyline. Tokyo this is not.
Reflections in a body of water and boats would suggest a harbour city. Most people recognised it correctly as Auckland, New Zealand.
