The biggest clue is the building in the photo from last week that looks like someone has knocked a pile of books askew. There is also an additional building with a roof that slopes down to the water in the photo.
If you identified these two as the Munch Museum and Opera House you will probably have been able to identify the city as Norway’s capital, Oslo.
