Answer to edition 496
For those who did not recognise the building featured in the distorted photograph from last week’s “Where in the World…” the writing along either side is a huge clue. Having identified the iconic building a little research will determine the city in which you will find it.
So often Temple Bar has appeared in books, films and on souvenirs to set the scene. The city is Dublin, capital of the Republic of Ireland.

Last week's winners
Congratulations to those who identified the distorted city from Where in the World (495) as Dublin: Günther and Ursula (@myvideomedia), Dee (@DeeCornes), Steve (@doughtagnan), Tim (@timofnewbury), Todd (@toddunctious), Claudia (@crevilla_), Jackie (@jackiesjourneys), someone from A Travel Companion (@aTravelCompanio), Joanna (@OanaRoua), Christina (@MiddleSeatView), Janette (@rubydoris) and Atul (@pixodentist).
Well done everyone. Go give your fellow winners a follow on Twitter.
This week's "Where in the World..."
In this week’s “Where in the World…” there is another single building featured. While the building is a clue there is another much more helpful clue in the distorted image that will give an indication of the country where the city can be found. Good luck
