Answer to edition 465
The style of architecture is the clue in the distorted image from last week. It is Spanish Colonial architecture which places the city somewhere in Southern Central America (also possibly the Phillipines).
You may well have to resort to an image search on Google to discover which Spanish colony this building is in. However, it is likely to be a cathedral from the size and external embellishments. It is in fact the Metropolitan Cathedral in Mexico City.
