Several readers recognised the tall building affectionately named “the walkie talkie” among the buildings on the city’s skyline. However the biggest clue to the city’s identity was the older (over 900 years old) building. Known simply as The Tower it instilled fear into many a political prisoner. It is the Tower of London. The full name identifies the city as of course, London
