Answer to edition 456
The architecture in last week’s “Where in the World…” is recognisably French and it doesn’t come cheap. However, being at the centre of the wine producing area meant that at the time there was plenty of money around. I digress though.
The square in front of the buildings give a very clear reflection, almost mirror like. In fact it is created by water across the Place de Bourse in the wine capital of France, Bordeaux.
