Where in the World (73)

Having lived in the city that was the subject of the twisted photograph I thought it would prove more difficult than it appears to have been. The style of the buildings and the clock tower were the clues to which city it might be. Even those who identified the city incorrectly where heading in the right direction; north. Nottingham and Leeds are just a little too far south as the city was Glasgow.

Three people identified the city correctly; all three have been past winners on “Where in the World…” Congratulaions to Atul (@pixodentist), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Jon (@SparksJon). Thanks to all who took part.

This weeks twisted photograph is a view across a city I am sure few of my readers will have visited. Working out what the “chopstick” like structures are will go some way to helping with the identification of the city.

Can you identify the city in this week’s Where in the World…? You can leave your answer in the comments below or on my Twitter feed (@lethers) with the hashtag #WITW73. If we mutually follow each other on Twitter then you could send me a direct message with your answer, not forgetting the hashtag #WITW73. You can also leave your answer under the post referring to this on the Travel Unpacked Facebook page (please like the page while you are there). You can also click the contact tab above and send me an e-mail with the answer. Good luck.
